“Angel Arturo Paz comes from a family that has grown coffee in Santa Bárbara, Honduras for over 60 years, since his grandfather planted the first trees in Peña Blanca. He manages six farms across 1,600-1,650 m, splits them into small plots by variety, and works at the San Vicente mill, where he helped pioneer separating day lots into microlots. He has placed on the Cup of Excellence Honduras list, most recently 7th for a Gesha from his Itacayo farm, and recently finished a wet mill at El Guaco. This washed Pacas comes from the later stages of the 2026 harvest.”
