“Seis Manos is a Huehuetenango community lot built to pay for a wide range of a producer's harvest rather than only the highest-scoring microlots. It draws on Antonio Martinez's two lots (Bourbon, Caturra, San Ramon and Gesha), Erick Perez's parcels at 1,800 and 1,560 metres, and Cruz Perez's work commercialising ASDEFLOR association coffee and championing their collective wet mill. Limestone soils, high altitude and cold nights give the cup its archetypal Huehue depth.”
