“Ader Recinos is the third generation to manage his family's small farm in La Libertad, Huehuetenango. After years working in the United States he returned home to take over operations and is the first in his family to adopt new field and processing practices for the specialty market. His farm is divided into three altitude sections, each picked and processed separately, and his oldest plantings include an unidentified Ethiopian varietal now sold as this separate lot.”
