“Gotiti Washing Station is located in the Gedeb woreda of Ethiopia's legendary Yirgacheffe region. Built in 2023, the station processes coffee from 868 neighboring smallholder farmers farming tiny plots of 0.1-2 hectares beneath a dense canopy of native trees. The combination of ancient Ethiopian landrace varieties, rich forest soils, and elevations above 2,000 meters creates remarkably dense, aromatic coffees.”
