“Pablo Gómez never planned on becoming a coffee producer. He grew up in Medellín studying gastronomy, but when his father needed help after knee surgery, Pablo returned to the family farm in Salgar, Antioquia. He discovered the Geisha trees his family had planted from Panamanian seed stock and, with his brother, built Go Bros. — a tiny operation on about one hectare with one full-time collaborator. This lot comes from around 5,000 Geisha trees at 1,860 meters.”
