“Artist Reserve pairs a coffee with original artwork, this time designer Courtney Gayer's peach illustration. The coffee comes from Gesha grown by smallholders around Gigante, Huila, fermented 12 hours in whole cherry at the farm, then co-fermented at The Coffee Quest's experimental Los Patios facility in La Plata with peach concentrate and a proprietary yeast solution for about 48 hours before 12-16 days of slow drying. Color roasts it light; the result is unmistakably peach yet still recognisably Gesha, with the variety's florals intact.”
