This coffee is a collaborative lot from Ugacof, one of Uganda's leading coffee processors and exporters, and Sucafina. Bunyangabu is part of the Beyond Flagship Projects, supporting farming families through regenerative agriculture and diversified income streams. A tailored lactic fermentation brings added depth and consistency. This controlled, low-oxygen process uses naturally occurring bacteria to convert sugars into lactic acid, resulting in a unique cup with more sweetness, clarity and structure.”
