Highlights

“From Nyamyumba Washing Station established in 2006 along the Congo Nile Trail. Farmers work small plots around 400 trees, handpicking ripe cherries for sorting. The natural process dries cherries in thin layers on raised beds in the sun, turned regularly for even finish. Results in a fuller, more expressive cup that pushes fruit character forward. Part of Beyond Flagship Projects supporting farming families through regenerative agriculture.”
