“This lot is sourced from 20 carefully selected producers in the Chericho kebele of Arbegona, identified through Testi Specialty Coffee's Premium Cherry Selection program. At Yaye washing station, cherries are pulped and fermented in clean water for 48 hours with close monitoring. The parchment is washed, density graded, then dried on raised beds under parabolic shade for approximately 21 days.”
