“Ombligon from Nestor Lasso's Finca El Diviso in Huila, Colombia, decaffeinated with sugarcane ethyl acetate after a double anaerobic mosto fermentation, thermal shock and staged drying. The cup profile runs cacao, raspberry, strawberry, peach, cherry, papaya, melon and kiwi - juicy and syrupy, roasted medium-light. Chromatic secured a single bag of green coffee for the release, so it is a one-off rather than a recurring listing.”
