“Marlon Bolaños is a young specialty coffee producer from Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, leading The Three Coffee Farmers with his brothers on their family farm. After a barista course at 17, he shifted towards quality-focused production, experimenting with varieties like Pink Bourbon, Geisha, and advanced fermentation methods. This washed Pink Bourbon decaf is fairly clean with some cherry retention, reminding of peach tea over ice. It works well as both espresso and pour over.”
