“La Terraza is a highly celebrated, husband-and-wife-run specialty coffee estate located at 1,850 to 2,000 meters above sea level in La Argentina, Huila, Colombia. This SL-28 lot is CETO's first washed dark roast, delivering clean dark roast profile with straight chocolate, marshmallow, and a hint of strawberry fruitiness. Best suited for 1:2-1:3 espresso ratios with higher pressure profiles.”
