“Finca Divina Providencia is the result of Roberto Ulloa's pursuit of exceptional growing conditions — he restored abandoned parcels across the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountain Range into a thriving seven-hectare farm. Volcanic soils, cool mountain temperatures, and significant elevation encourage slow cherry development. Fully ripe cherries are selectively handpicked and dried on raised beds for 20-30 days, then rested on the farm before export.”
