Highlights
“A washed Chiroso from Urrao in Antioquia, grown at 1,850 metres. Ripe cherries are submerged and fermented for 48 hours, then depulped and fermented another 72 hours without water before being washed twice and dried on raised beds. CETO describes it as orange blossom, tropical fruit and green apple, with funk at 0.99/5, intensity 2.5/5 and processing 1.5/5 - one of the cleaner, more floral expressions of the variety. Imported by Unblended; CETO paid 11/lb for the green.”
