“Mustefa Abakeno, along with 36 smallholder producers in the Limu region of western Ethiopia, grew this coffee at elevations between 1,950 and 2,100 masl. The coffee cherries are collected and processed at the small washing station on Mustefa's farm. This washed process coffee from heirloom varieties 74110 and 74112 offers a classic Ethiopian profile with bright citrus, tropical fruit, and black tea notes. Ceremony Coffee Roasters, based in Annapolis, MD, has roasted this single origin as a light-roast limited release.”
