Highlights
“Melao takes its name from the traditional Colombian syrup made by melting panela (unrefined cane sugar) with water — golden, sticky, caramel-like sweetness. Grown by smallholders in southern Huila, this Pink Bourbon lot blends washed and honey-processed coffee and is gently decaffeinated at the Descafecol plant in Manizales using the sugar cane EA process, removing 99.7% of the caffeine while keeping the sweetness and character intact.”
