The coffee undergoes natural anaerobic fermentation and is roasted omni-roast (medium) for all preparation methods. Flavour profile: tropical fruits, blackberry and cacao. Locally roasted in Adelaide with a green coffee selection that is traceable, transparent, sustainable, and honest direct trade.”
