Highlights
“Ol'ochoy means 'place without water', which is what Linah and Paul Lilan started with in Nandi County, western Kenya. They founded the farm only a few years ago, sell selected specialty microlots, and still grow tea alongside coffee. Cherry is hand-picked, fully washed and sun-dried on raised beds, turned every two hours for roughly seven to ten days. Cabana cups it as bright and sweet: blackcurrant jam, plum, ripe lime, aromatic honey and soft herbs in the finish. Direct trade.”
