“Bumba Hill sits in Burundi's Kayanza province, where 620 smallholder farmers grow Red Bourbon at around 1,800 metres. Long Miles Coffee's Ninga Washing Station was built so growers no longer walk three hours or more to deliver their cherry, and the coffee is bought on delivery. This lot is honey processed, dried with part of the fruit's sweetness intact, which rounds off the body and layers in complexity. Expect ripe plum, graham cracker and a honeyed finish.”
