“Grown by 25 smallholders around the Weessi Station in Tima, Odo Shakiso (Guji), and exported with Ture Waji of Sookoo/Mayole Coffee. This JARC 74110 and 74112 lot spent 48 hours in anoxic yellow-honey fermentation, the point in a series of honey trials where acidity peaked, and was then dried slowly on raised beds in the shade. Brew Fusion lists it as roasted by Scenery Coffee.”
