“TOH Natural No.6 Buku Abel placed sixth in the Natural category at Taste of Harvest, the annual competition organised by the African Fine Coffees Association (AFCA). The lot is grown at approximately 2,000 masl in Sidama, Ethiopia, from the 74158 selection, and processed as a natural: the cherries dry with their pulp and skin, building fruity intensity while keeping a clarity unusual for high-intensity naturals — blueberry sweetness up front, then lemon, bergamot and tangerine. Ultra-light roasted by KillBean, London, and packaged in 200 g bags for filter.”
