“Sasaba Washing Station was founded by Tsegay Hagos Tesfaye and collects cherry from more than 500 smallholder farmers in the Kercha district of Guji, Ethiopia, where plots sit surrounded by native vegetation. This Mixed Heirloom lot was washed and fermented for 48-72 hours before drying on African beds for 7-8 days at 2,150 masl; the crop is the 2026 harvest. Brew Fusion ships it omni-light roasted by Stray Coffee Roasters in a 250 g format for filter and espresso.”
