Highlights
“Duwancho is a natural Ethiopian coffee from Keramo Village in the Bensa mountains, Sidama, grown at 2,100–2,200 masl by smallholder farmers who deliver their cherries to the Keramo processing station, part of Daye Bensa Coffee — the project founded in 2006 by brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo. Ripe cherries dry on raised African beds for 14–18 days, turned regularly for even ventilation and moisture loss; the coffee is then hulled, taken to Addis Ababa for final preparation and export. Roasted omni-light by Kima Coffee in Málaga in 250 g bags.”
