“Choco Loco is a sweet, creamy Brazilian espresso from Dak Coffee Roasters, grown by Edir José de Carvalho and his family at Sítio Portella in Brazil's Sul de Minas, at 1,260 metres. The Yellow Catuaí is processed naturally, dried in the fruit, which keeps the classic Brazilian profile round and sweet: milk chocolate, nougat and raisins. Brew Fusion sells it as a 250 g espresso roast, the same format as the rest of the DAK lineup it carries from Barcelona.”
