Named after Carlos Mejía Rodríguez's eldest daughter, the farm is managed as a model of ecological balance and sustainability by Carlos and his son Mario. This IHCAFE 90 lot was sun-dried for just over two weeks, delivering raspberry fruitiness, vanilla sweetness, and dark chocolate bittersweetness.”
