“This breakout Pink Bourbon lot from young Miller Vasquez in Miraflores, Bruselas, Huila closes out Bluebeard's 2026 run of Los Guacharos member lots. Miller comes from generations of coffee producers and was raised on his mother's farm, Finca Buena Vista. He planted roughly 10,000 pink bourbon trees on his own La Esperanza property, a deliberate choice for the cold microclimate where other varieties produce little fruit. Processing is experimental: ripe cherries rest in shade bags four days before de-pulping into sealed bags for another four, then are washed and dried in a parabolic dryer at a family home in Bruselas.”
