“Pico Lots are Blue Tokai's small-batch experiments, roasted in limited quantities and sold in a 30 g jar for tasting rather than everyday brewing. Lot #1 is an apple co-ferment from Chikmagalur in Karnataka, where the co-fermentation with apple pushes the cup towards green apple and Indian gooseberries over a roasted almond base. This jar was roasted on 18 October 2026 to a light level, and the roaster recommends resting it for nine days before brewing.”
