Highlights
“Finca El Obraje sits between 2,000–2,300 meters in Colombia. Pablo was among the first to farm coffee in this region, transitioning from wheat and apples in 2000. After a decade of commodity production, he turned to specialty coffee in 2011, focusing on fermentation, processing, and varietals like Geisha, Yellow Bourbon, and Maracaturra. An architect by trade, Pablo approaches farming with meticulous attention to detail. He recently completed his own dry mill, allowing full control from cherry to export. This precision yields remarkable consistency and quality each harvest. His work earned top recognition, including winning the 2021 Colombia Cup of Excellence.”
