Highlights
“The Campos family has been growing coffee in southern Costa Rica since 1968. Today Senel Campos and his son Allan carry on that tradition through Finca Cola Roja and Don Senel Micromill, overseeing every step from cultivation to processing. Located in the Brunca region, the farm benefits from rich soils, cool mountain temperatures, and a unique microclimate that helps cherries mature slowly. For this natural process coffee, ripe cherries were hand-selected and dried slowly on raised beds inside a shaded greenhouse for 30 to 40 days, building sweetness and complexity while allowing the variety's floral character to shine.”
