“Black & White built The New School as a year-round blend that refuses to choose between clean and funky: it is always composed predominantly of a washed Ethiopian coffee, with the minority percentage reserved for a co-ferment. The current build is 80% Aricha washed and 20% Sebastian Ramirez Red Fruits, roasted medium. The roaster's intent is a fruit-forward and dynamic cup that still reads clean, vibrant and approachable—balanced and striking, traditional and innovative at once.”
