Highlights
“El Burro is the Lamastus family's southernmost Panamanian farm, part of it inside Barú Volcano National Park, ringed by cloud forest and fed by volcanic soil — very dry dry seasons and very wet wet seasons stretch the ripening of the Gesha that made the farm's name. Cherry is sorted at peak ripeness, pulped, given a short underwater fermentation and rinsed clean before raised-bed drying. Black Label release, washed, 1,500-1,800 m.”
