“Through mutual friends Kevin Bohlin and Benjamin Paz, we established our very first direct-trade relationship with Edgar Erazo in 2017. Since then, we've purchased his entire Pacas crop at every harvest! Known for their intense sweetness and comforting approachability, Santa Barbara coffees are beloved. After handpicking at peak ripeness, whole coffee cherries are hand-sorted and floated, then placed in anaerobic environment before being washed and dried on raised beds.”
