Highlights
“Gogogu washing station is in Wate Gogogu, in the Uraga district of Ethiopia's Guji Zone, at roughly 7,675 feet above sea level. The station serves about 450 smallholder farmers, most tending under a hectare, and is operated by SNAP Specialty Coffee, founded by Negusse Debela. Fully washed and sun dried on raised beds. Notes of night jasmine, nectarine, tangerine and white peach with a tea-like finish; Black Oak recommends soft water at 190-195F in a 1:14 ratio.”
