“Adorsi takes its name from the washing station that processed this coffee, grown by around 800 smallholder farmers in and around Aricha in Yirgacheffe. Composed of Kurume, 74110 and 74112 varieties, this lot underwent extended wet fermentation for four days before being dried on shaded raised beds.”
