“This coffee comes from the Ayla washing station in Shantawene, where 725 contributing farmers bring cherry to be processed. A washed-process Ethiopian light roast, it undergoes 48-72 hours of fermentation before drying on African beds. The result is a clean, floral cup with white peach, lemon zest, and black tea notes.”
