“Dunduga Estate, established in the 1950s in Mudigere, Chikmagalur, grows Chandragiri Arabica under the shade of pepper vines, areca palms, and native trees like jackfruit, mahogany, rosewood, mango, and cedar. Cherries are carefully sorted, fermented for 12-24 hours, washed thoroughly, and sun-dried to achieve a clean, uniform profile with a distinctive smoky character reminiscent of Turkish tobacco.”
