“Bergen Kaffebrenneri's autumn coffee (Høstkaffe) is a single-origin lot from the Los Crestones farm in Tarrazú, Costa Rica, grown by Esteban Zamora at 1,800 m and processed as a black honey, where the fruit is pulped but much of the mucilage is left on the seed before drying. The result is a full-bodied, fruit-forward cup with vinous acidity.”
