“Wilder Lazo trained as a vet and studied genetics before returning to his family's farm in Colombia. After a life-changing cup in El Salvador he had the family's coffee genetically tested and rebuilt with better material, gaining access to a small number of Gesha seeds via farmer Don Gilberto Baraona. He grows this Sidra at Bella Alejandría in San Adolfo, Huila, fermented for 200 hours and slowly dried on raised beds.”
