“Grown by Jairo Arcila at his Santa Mónica farm in Quindío, Colombia, this Castillo lot is processed with green apple and wine yeast for a candy-like sweetness unlike anything in a standard washed coffee. It joins Bear Coast's Roaster's Reserve series, the limited collection personally curated and roasted by head roaster Marie Marsh. Each Reserve release carries its own song, and every bag is signed and marked with its roast date.”
