“This Yellow Catucai comes from Fazenda Boa Vista, a farm on the slopes of the Serra da Mantiqueira that has been growing coffee since the 1880s. It scored 92.3 and took top honors at the COCARIVE Specialty Coffee Competition. The farm is now run by three brothers, Lívio César, Marcelo and Flávio Carvalho Ferraz. COCARIVE, based in Carmo de Minas, has a reputation for producing some of Brazil's best specialty lots, with every member farm certified by the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association.”
