“Cesar Augusto Pedroza grows about 1,300 young Gesha trees on a single hectare at Finca La Camelia, in Las Mercedes, Garzón, in the Huila highlands. Cherries are float sorted and dry-fermented in cherry for 20 hours, then depulped, fermented another 20 hours in an open container and dried in a parabolic greenhouse dryer to 10.5% moisture. Base Coat went looking for classic Huila character and found it here. Roasted 13 October 2026.”
