“A single-batch lot sourced as a nod to Base Coat's first taste of Alo, from Alo Village at Tamiru Tadesse's Alo Safo site. Cherries ferment a full 72 hours, then are depulped and washed to remove the mucilage and slow dried 9-13 days under shade on African raised beds. Ripe, syrupy and lingering, with the sparkling mouthfeel the roaster calls bubbly. Roasted 13 October 2026.”
