Highlights
“This experimental natural comes from Café de la Torre, run by Félix Torres in Colombia. Félix comes from a coffee-producing family in Santander, where his father owns the 10-hectare Finca Hoyo Frío. This SL28 is processed as an experimental natural with yeast fermentation — super funky and packed with ripe, almost over-the-top fruitiness, lots of sweetness and a long chocolate finish.”
