The Panama component comes from Maria Antonella Amoruso's Lerida Coffee Estate in Boquete, while Fernando Leto Escobar's five-generation Finca El Cerro in Apaneca supplies the El Salvador half. The result is a smooth, sweet and consistently balanced espresso for milky drinks, hot or iced.”
