“Natural-process heirloom lot from the Murago Korma Kontoma Station in Murago Village, Sidama Bensa, Ethiopia, grown by Asefa Dukamo and neighbouring smallholders between 2,230 and 2,300 masl. Varieties are the Ethiopian selections 74112, 74110 and 74158, dried whole-cherry as a classic natural. Daye Bensa Coffee, the exporting organisation behind the station, took second place at the 2022 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence, and the group runs 71 washing stations, 11 dry mills and three farms across Sidama Bensa. The cup is fruit-led and soft: peach, white grapes, honeydew, apricot and a lemon-tea finish.”
