With support from her partner, Angel Noriega, and his close friend Dionicio—whose farm, Finca La Encañada, sits on the facing slope—she has meticulously cultivated her land. The 2025 season represents the inaugural full harvest for these young trees. As this expert trio of Peruvian coffee producers continues to mature the trees and perfect their processing techniques, the quality is expected to reach new heights each year.
