“CGLE17 is an exclusive, original variety developed by Café Granja La Esperanza, created by crossing Geisha with Caturra. While it is a hybrid, its flavor profile is overwhelmingly driven by the Geisha genetics. The cup retains strong, classic Geisha characteristics but introduces a beautifully soft, peach-like body. It features a profoundly clean jasmine florality, brilliantly highlighted by a vibrant, sparkling ginger ale note reminiscent of a great Sydra.
