This El Vergel lot from the Bayter family in Tolima is the one they wanted: a classic natural that lets the landrace speak, cupped for brightness and a soaring tropical spectrum — tangy raspberry and perfumed rose-hip, then watermelon and passionfruit, closing crystalline and long on fresh pomelo.
