“Juan Jose Huillca Singuna farms Finca Cedruyoc in Yanatile, Calca, in the Cusco region of Peru, and grows this lot as a Geisha and Bourbon mix. An agronomist by training, he came to specialty coffee through his work, then through regional and national competitions including COE, where the lots have placed well. He farms regeneratively - caring for soil and the wider farm environment - and keeps the wet mill immaculately clean, which shows in the cup: soft white grape and orange, a floral lift, and a brown-sugar sweetness that lingers like black tea. Washed, light roast, released early November 2026.”
