Highlights
“Jesús Antonio Saavedra's Castillo from El Placer farm in Tolima, Colombia, proves the variety can transcend mass production. The 30-hectare farm dedicates only 4 hectares to coffee, growing at 2,100–2,150 meters for slow maturation and flavor depth. Saavedra supports a rural school on the farm, and each variety offers a unique terroir-driven tasting experience.”
